CrewCom Flex represents a major step forward in intercom design with the world’s first complete frameless matrix IP platform that eliminates the constraints of traditional centralized frames. Built on a standards‑based AES67/SMPTE ST 2110 backbone, the Flex system is the only complete matrix IP-based intercom solution that seamlessly converges wired, wireless, and virtual communications into a single, unified ecosystem without the limitations of traditional matrix hardware frames.
Its core innovation is the distributed architecture. Every Flex Main Panel, Desktop Panel, and Expansion Panel functions as its own intelligent matrix. This enables virtually unlimited scalability, and supports hybrid, remote, and geographically distributed workflows. CrewCom Flex also integrates natively with existing CrewCom wireless systems while being managed through a single intuitive CrewWare 2.0 Interface.

The CrewCom Flex wired beltpacks deliver seamless, low-latency communication across PartyLines/Conferences, IFBs, peer-to-peer connections, and any AES67 audio source or destination within the CrewCom Flex ecosystem.
Available in 2-channel and 4-channel models, this compact, AES67-compliant, PoE-poweredwired beltpack integrates effortlessly into modern IP-based workflows without requiring additional infrastructure. Designed for flexibility and performance, it supports dual-channel full-duplex communication, daisy-chaining, and an auxiliary program feed, giving production teams dependable connectivity wherever the job takes them.
Whether deployed in live events, broadcast facilities, corporate AV environments, or hybrid productions, the CrewCom Flex wired beltpack keep users connected with exceptional reliability and ultra-low latency. Its rugged yet lightweight design includes a built-in microphone and speaker for hands-free operation, along with support for industry-standard XLR-4M headsets for professional-grade communications.

CrewCom Flex 16-Key Main Panel
The CrewCom FLEX 16-Key Main Panel (CKP-16) is a powerful 1RU AES67-based intercom panel that combines the familiar operation of traditional hardware with the flexibility of a frameless, matrix-free IP communications platform. Featuring 16 intuitive Talk/Listen keys with individual volume control, high-visibility TFT displays, a powerful 10W speaker, and support for professional headsets and microphones, the CKP-16 delivers clear, reliable communication in demanding environments. Built for mission-critical performance, it includes redundant power and network connectivity, SMPTE 2022-7 support, and seamless management through CrewWare 2.0, making it ideal for broadcast, live events, houses of worship, and other professional communications applications.
CrewCom Flex 16-Key Expansion Panel
The CrewCom Flex CXP-16 Expansion Panel seamlessly extends the capabilities of the CKP-16 Main Panel by adding 16 additional programmable four-way compass keys with high-visibility LCD displays for enhanced control and channel awareness. Designed for scalable communications environments, the CXP-16 provides intuitive Talk, Listen, and volume control in a streamlined interface. Supporting up to nine expansion panels per CKP-16, it enables systems to grow to as many as 160 programmable keys, making it an ideal solution for broadcast, live production, and other complex communications applications.
CrewCom Flex 16-Key Desktop Panel
The CrewCom Flex CDP-16 Desktop Panel delivers the full functionality of a master intercom panel in a compact, desk-mounted design. Featuring 16 intuitive compass keys with integrated Talk, Listen, and volume control, plus an additional utility touchscreen for system monitoring and metering, the CDP-16 provides professional-grade communication control without requiring rack space. Ideal for control rooms, production offices, edit suites, and remote workflows, it offers a flexible, ergonomic solution for modern hybrid and distributed production environments.
